Carmen Williams was born and raised in Akron Ohio, she graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Minor in Women Study, and while attending classes she volunteered at the Battered Women’s Shelter and Haven of Rest and weekly facilitated support groups, hoping to inspire, empower and encourage women to believe in themselves and their dreams. 

Carmen believes being empowered means being determined, confident and fearless. Carmen became a Master Health and Wellness Life Coach because she believes that our body is a vessel and we should have a loving, and healthy relationship with it inside and outside. Carmen enjoys meeting her clients one on one or in group sessions encouraging them to create goals that reflect their passion, values and to be patient with self because this is a continual and evolving process. 

             Carmen believes being stuck is not an option! Carmen is also a Certified Zumba Instructor and Fitness Instructor she knows that the greatest joy in life is to serve others, she strives to grow and strengthen her community she believes health is wealth and to her that means you must take time to nurture yourself physically, emotionally, spiritually. Once a week Carmen facilitates the Motherhood Initiative Program inspiring women to be the best version of themselves, she is passionate about helping women have hope and self –love. Carmen Williams is also a motivational speaker, she is the Owner and CEO of Fit Over It Life Coaching Services an author of two books on self-awareness and personal development. 

              She is also the owner of Designz For You Jewelry Company she designs and creates her own jewelry for people to look fabulous, feel confidence, be bold and stand out.
